The Furnace & AC expert team had been absolutely fabulous. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and the installation services. To begin with Asif Khan was very prompt in scheduling an appointment and an Installation expert – Sumit was very diligent in identifying the issue related to heat exchanger. Sumit collected evidence to show heat exchanger failure and the ultimate benefit of this diagnosis helped in getting rebate as heat exchanger was within warranty period. Next day Mr. Asif Khan explained different options and provided detailed information leading to finalization of contract and the next day installation.
One of the installation team members – John came early and his focus was to get ready and dismantled the old furnace. After about one hour second team member – Sumit came with a new furnace and it was a pleasure to watch the process for a short period. In short, this team was very focused in what they were doing, their talk was related to the current job only and their team work was exemplary.
I compliment the skill set of Furnace & AC Experts team and the culture facilitated by Mr. Asif Khan & the leadership team.

A Heat Pump System was added to our Furnace (which was impeccably installed two years ago by this same company). We are very pleased with Asif and his expert team. From start to finish, the project was done efficiently. The installation team, led by John and Osamah arrived on time, were polite, friendly, efficient, professional and very tidy. Not a spec of debris was left behind. They explained in great detail the new computerized control system, before leaving. I have recommended this company to a friend, who then hired them too. All in all, I would highly recommend anyone to talk to Asif and use his team to replace a Furnace and/or Heat Pump

Very pleased with my furnace and ac experts experience. My furnace completely shut down during peak winter, I called Asif and the same day he came in for an inspection. The next day, technicians came and fixed the issue and there has been no issues since. Very quick service, everyone was punctual and respectful and everything was done in a reasonable price.
